Fresh Tagliatelle with Carbonara Sauce, Mushrooms and Roasted Chicken

Ingredients:
Fresh tagliatelle (010705) 400g
Carbonara sauce with mushrooms (022135) 300g
IQF grilled chicken strips, 4 mm (122071) 120 g
Grana Padano-style hard cheese shavings (080079) 60 g
Crushed black pepper (130135) to taste
Olive oil: as required
Salt
Fresh parsley or fresh basil for garnish
Preparation:
Heat some extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the chicken strips for approximately one minute.
Add the mushroom carbonara sauce and heat gently for a few minutes.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for approximately 30 seconds, drain and add to the sauce with the chicken and some of the Grana Padano-style cheese.
Sauté the pasta in the sauce for a few seconds and serve, topped with the remaining flaked cheese, crushed black pepper if desired, and garnished with a few leaves of fresh parsley or basil to taste.
