Roll out the dough to the desired size, spread a thin layer of fresh crushed tomatoes over it, and bake in a very hot oven at 350°C on a metal tray or volcanic stone for about 3 minutes. Remove from the oven and immediately top with crumbled burrata and chopped, shelled pistachios. Serve with a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
