Sweet and Sour Chicken with Rice Noodles

Soak the rice noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes until they are rehydrated and tender.
Heat a frying pan, add the oil and the Indonesian vegetable stir-fry mix.
Add the diced chicken and stir-fry over a high heat. Next, add the sweet and sour wok sauce and mix well. Add a little water if necessary.
Place the hot noodles on a plate and top with the hot chicken and vegetables.
Sprinkle generously with sesame seeds and very finely chopped spring onions.
