Place the frozen raspberries in a blender along with the coconut milk, and blend until smooth.
Mix in the drained quinoa,
then place the quinoa, coconut milk and raspberry mixture in a bowl.
Top with banana slices, fresh raspberries, chia seeds and walnuts.
