Fry the patatas bravas until golden brown, drain them and mix immediately with the kimchi sauce.
Serve on a plate with a drizzle of mayonnaise mixed with Sriracha and Shichimi Togarashi, alongside the gomawakame salad.
You can adjust the heat to taste by adding more or less Shichimi Togarashi.
