Fideos Udon con Pesto de Albahaca y Gengibre

Blend the ginger with the pesto sauce and set aside.
In a frying pan, sauté the prawns over a high heat, then set aside. In the same pan, add the Indonesian wok sauce and sauté, then set aside. In the same pan or wok, add the sesame wok sauce and the udon noodles, sauté, then add the vegetables and prawns, and sauté for three minutes.
Place a layer of the ginger pesto sauce on the plate, top with the udon noodles, and garnish with spring onions cut into thin strips.
