Ingredients:
Hummus (110251) 50g,
Tzatziki (110169) 50g,
Diced feta cheese (080046) 30g,
Marrakech World Mix (060145) 50g,
Falafel balls 30 g (121126) 2 pieces,
Mini pita bread 6 cm (010785) 3 pieces,
Roasted red pepper (102024) 50 g,
Shelled walnuts 10 g,
Fresh garlic: 1 clove,
Extra virgin olive oil: as required,
Sweet paprika: a pinch,
Olives and pickles to taste.

Preparation:
Place the roasted peppers, walnuts and garlic clove in the blender jug with a pinch of salt, add a dash of olive oil and blend until a smooth paste forms.
Fry the falafel balls in the deep fryer at 180°C until golden and crispy.
Marinate the cubes of feta cheese with fresh oregano leaves and olive oil.
In a hot frying pan, add a dash of olive oil and sauté the Marrakech World Mix.
Arrange all the components on a large plate: on one side, the hummus, tzatziki and the roasted red pepper and walnut cream.
On another part of the plate, place the Marrakech World Mix and the falafel balls.
And on another part of the plate, place the marinated feta cheese and the prepared tabbouleh, with some pickles or a small skewer.
Serve with Lebanese pita bread.
