Boil the eggs in water for about six minutes.
Cool them in ice-cold water, peel them, and set them aside.
Mix the defrosted minced beef with black pepper and mix well
Take a portion of the meat and wrap it around a boiled egg until it is completely covered.
Coat in Japanese panko breadcrumbs.
Fry in plenty of oil until golden brown and crispy.
Serve with taco sauce, pickles and ranch dressing.
