Mix the gochujang with the soy sauce and honey, then heat gently until reduced by a third. In a hot frying pan with a tablespoon of sunflower oil, sear the salmon over a high heat until golden brown on both sides. In the same pan, sauté the green beans with a few drops of sesame oil, followed by the bean sprouts. Arrange the vegetables on a plate and top with the salmon and the gochujang sauce. Garnish with spring onion.
