Prepare the mango pico de gallo. Once the mango has defrosted, dice it into small cubes and mix with the prepared pico de gallo. Heat the skewers in the microwave for a minute and a half, place them on a plate, top with the prepared pico de gallo and sprinkle generously with tajín.
