Zucchini Flower
This plant is traditionally used in Italian and Mexican cuisine for its delicate flavour and texture.
In Italian gastronomy they are usually served fried and in batter. Tender pumpkin flowers preserved in pickled sauce, ready to be eaten.
It can be used as an ingredient in tacos alongside Monterey or Oaxaca cheeses. It can also be used in lasagne, creams, tempura or even as a pizza topping.
