Whole Guajillo Chili Pepper
The guajillo chilli is one of the most commonly used chilli peppers in Mexican cuisine, together with the ancho chilli. It is a chilli with many nuances of flavour and aroma, red and pine, and moderate heat (3/10).
Used like most chillies for stewing with pork, chicken or beef. It is used in marinades or mole-style sauces, but it is recommended to mix it with other chillies to add more depth of flavour.
