Mix the oat flakes with maple syrup, butter, chopped walnuts and cinnamon. Place the pineapple and banana slices in a metal ring on a baking tray, then top with the crumble mixture, pressing down gently. Place the tray in the oven and bake for 20 minutes at 150°C, until the crumble is crispy. Remove the ring with a spatula and place on a plate, then turn out and decorate with chopped walnuts.
