Durum Semolina
Product obtained from the milling of durum wheat grain, from which the semolina is extracted as the main raw material, resulting in the flour and the rest of the particles and outer covering of the grain as a by-product of the semolina milling process. It has a golden appearance with a constant grain size, free of foreign odours and/or flavours as well as metallic particles and black spots.
Durum wheat semolina, particularly suitable for making fresh pasta, and also suitable for use on work surfaces when kneading and rolling out pizza dough
