Make a dough with the flour, water and salt. Shape into small balls, flatten them and pinch the edges to form a rim. Place them on a hot griddle with a little oil and cook on both sides.
Heat the beans and the pulled chicken.
Assemble the sopes: place the beans on the base of the “tortilla”, then the pulled chicken, followed by diced avocado, sour cream and pickled onion. Serve.
