Brachetto al Bourbon with Mexican Rice

Heat the brachettos and glaze them generously with bourbon sauce, either on the grill or in a hot oven until caramelised, then add the sesame seeds.
Heat the Mexican rice in the microwave for about a minute.
Place the hot, caramelised brachettos on top of the rice.
Garnish with sour cream and pico de gallo.
