Thai Jasmine Rice
Thai rice, or jasmine rice, is one of the most popular varieties of long-grain rice, originating in India. It is a fragrant white rice.
Ideal for all kinds of Asian dishes or any recipe requiring sweet-smelling, long-grain rice.
Rinse the rice 2 or 3 times to remove excess starch. Cook it in a saucepan with plenty of water and a pinch of salt for 11–12 minutes over a medium heat. Drain and set aside.
