Frozen dough balls, round, white and creamy, can be thawed and rolled for pizzas, calzones, cocas, etc. Thaw in the fridge 8-12 hours covered to prevent drying. Once thawed, temper at room temperature for 1 hour covered to avoid dryness. Makes dough easier to work and optimal development.

Slowly fermented pizza dough. It rises very evenly, allowing it to maintain a texture that, once baked, produces a high-quality pizza. Roll
out with a little flour and your hands, without overusing the rolling pin, until the dough is thin. Bake with heat from above and below at a minimum of 230º.
